In the 1980s the trained able seaman of merchant shipping studied cultural sciences and successfully combined cultural and educational work in and for different regions of Europe. After working in the states of Brandenburg, Berlin and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Ralf Czajkowski found his main focus in multicultural projects in the German-Polish border area Görlitz / Zgorzelec. For more than ten years, he has been organising children's and youth projects, for example the largest German-Polish children's festival on both sides of the Neisse and trilateral youth camps in Poland and the Czech Republic as well as with the Russian Federation.

Since 1990, he has been supporting the EU enlargement process with specific cultural, social and educational projects and has been gathering extensive experience and skills in project management since then. Important milestones of his successful European project and network work include: the establishment of European Information Centre in Dresden (Saxony) as well as in Fulda and Bad Hersfeld (Hessen). In addition, he has been the network coordinator contact for the central offices of the German-Polish and German-French youth work in Görlitz / Zgorzelec and Dresden.

Ralf Czajkowski is currently working as a project developer and supports companies, associations and institutions throughout Europe in holistic project management.

In 2012, he founded the EUBIKUS ewiv with experienced project managers from Germany, Austria, Spain and Hungary.
